Ariel Blumovich
Founder & Chairman
Ariel had been living and working for six years in South Korea and USA. For 4 years Ariel worked for Samsung Group in South Korea, where he served in several roles of marketing and business development in the healthcare and technology industries. While there, Ariel led and managed processes in multi-million-dollar deals in multiple territories around the world.

Previously to Samsung, Ariel had worked at Teva (Israel) as Head of Tablets Manufacturing Department and at Sanofi-Aventis (USA, internship) on a marketing capacity.
​
Ariel holds an MBA from Dartmouth (ranked Top 10 worldwide by The Economist), and B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Israeli Technion.
Roee Vidavski , Ph.D.
CEO
Roee, YDL Ventures’ CEO, brings vast experience in multiple fields of life science. Since joining YDL in 2017, Roee led and supported multiple healthcare projects at different stages of drug development including early discovery, pre-clinical development, drug product manufacturing and long-term strategy roadmaps. Prior to YDL, Roee had worked as a field application specialist and sales expert for next generation sequencing (NGS) and genomics in the Israeli market.

Following his PhD, Roee worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Tel-Aviv university. During his academic years, Roee experienced multiple research fields such as molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry and synthetic biology.
Dr. Vidavski holds a PhD in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Ben Shalom
Legal Advisor
Advocate Ben Shalom, an attorney at law, is our Legal Advisor.
Mr. Shalom is the founder and managing partner at Shalom & Co. Law Firm, providing legal services and advice. Adv. Shalom has more than a decade of experience in M&As and international commercial
agreements, focusing on intellectual property and joint ventures.
Yael Wax
Office Administrator
Since joining YDL in 2018, Yael is our customer service and office manager. Yael leads YDL’s back-office operations, including customer service, human resources and global shipping.

Prior to Yael’s work at YDL, she worked in HR for large organisations such as Rafael Defence Systems and Manpower. Yael holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the Jezreel Valley college.
Hila Hadad
Customer Service & Special Projects Manager
Hila is a Special Projects manager. Since joining YDL in 2020, Hila supported multiple healthcare projects in variety of areas related to YDL's services. She is spearheading a special project in the field of Wellness, and is responsible to the planning and execution from the initial idea to its implementation. Prior to YDL, Hila worked as a project manager in PAZ Eng. Company and as an operational manager in several Israeli companies.

Hila is also YDL's Customer Service Manager. She supports all our customers and make sure that all their needs are being met.
​
Hila holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Israeli Technion.
